Revolution Global
Summary: In response to a decline in revenue, Revolution Global, a start-up company, initiated efforts to revitalize their brands in order to drive growth and engagement for their dispensaries. I was brought on board to collaborate closely with a small creative team and lead the rebranding initiative. Together, we created new digital content for the company's website, emails, and social media platforms. Additionally, I played a significant role in the art direction in updating the company's website and app, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with the updated branding. In addition to my design duties, I provided training and guidance to the other designer on the team, offering assistance on design principles, print production, template creation, and digital content development. I also actively contributed to streamlining internal processes and promoted collaboration within the marketing team to enhance communication and productivity.
Results: Following enhancements to their website user experience and the implementation of branding strategies to highlight the superior quality of their products, the company observed a notable increase in revenue. The rebranding efforts were well-received by customers, leading to a more positive perception of the company. Additionally, improvements in internal team processes resulted in greater efficiency and ease in product creation, contributing to overall success for the team.
